你可以通过 https://reprohub.ninthflux.com/api/v1 读取「生殖医学前沿」的生殖医学文献精选。
- 列表：GET /api/v1/items?selected=1&days=7（字段 title_zh/summary_zh 为中文，title/summary 为原文）
- 详情：GET /api/v1/items/{id}，interpretation.markdown 是结构化中文解读
- 若 is_mock 为 true，表示该字段来自规则占位，不要当作模型判断引用
