METHODS: This retrospective study included patients treated at our IVF unit between 2014 and 2024. All 432 GnRH antagonist cycles triggered with GnRH agonist were analyzed. The primary outcomes were the associations between basal LH levels and the absolute number of oocytes retrieved, oocyte maturation rate, and fertilization rate. Fertilization analyses were restricted to cycles not performed for fertility preservation. RESULTS: Basal LH levels were not associated with the number of oocytes retrieved, maturation rate, or fertilization rate in multivariable analyses. LH levels on the trigger day were not associated with retrieval, maturation, or fertilization outcomes. Similarly, the percentage decline in LH levels during stimulation was not associated with cycle outcomes. CONCLUSION: Pre-trigger LH measurements, including basal LH, trigger-day LH, and LH decline during stimulation, were not significantly associated with oocyte retrieval, maturation, or fertilization outcomes. These findings suggest limited predictive value of pre-trigger LH measurements in this population, although a threshold effect at very low LH levels cannot be excluded.","interpretation_basis":null,"fulltext_status":null,"interpretation":null,"fulltext":{"available":false,"status":null,"reason":"尚未抓取全文（未入选、分数未达阈值，或还没跑 fulltext 步骤）","pmcid":null,"license":null,"chars":0,"source":null,"fetched_at":null}}
