Ontario Health conducted a series of health technology assessments (HTA) of PGT, including assessment of PGT-A, PGT-M, and PGT-SR. In this report, we summarize the findings common to all 3 HTAS, including a rapid review of the qualitative literature, direct patient engagement, and a review of published literature examining ethical considerations relating to PGT. We also undertook a rapid review of the obstetrical and neonatal harms of PGT using trophectoderm biopsy. Reviews of the clinical and economic impact of PGT-A, the clinical impact of PGT-M, and the clinical impact of PGT-SR have been published separately.","interpretation_basis":null,"fulltext_status":null,"interpretation":null,"fulltext":{"available":false,"status":null,"reason":"尚未抓取全文（未入选、分数未达阈值，或还没跑 fulltext 步骤）","pmcid":null,"license":null,"chars":0,"source":null,"fetched_at":null}}
